"I discovered our problem just before 5:00pm on a week night and gave him a call, he was able to get out to our house first thing the next morning (8am). It only took about at hour to route out the sewer line. He was thoughtful to come in through the back door vs. the front so not to track any mess in the house. Said he guaranteed the work for 1 year but it should last 3-5 years. The only con was he didn't clean up the tree roots after, but i think that was to show me what was in the line?"
