"They repaired a deck that had been hit by a large tree top. While gathering estimates for the work I was very pleased to see the level of detail they offered regarding the needed repair. Ultimately, I chose them because they located an issue with the deck that was not picked up by the other contractors. At the end of the project I found their workmanship to be quite good. They were punctual, friendly, and had great ideas with regarding to the repair. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. "I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. I received excellent and prompt service at a good price, and couldn't be more pleased with Melissa and Dale. Keep up the good work and appreciate you coming out during the rain!

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Dom did an excellent job, went above and beyond of what I except, he ran into a problem with one of the mirrors but this did not deter him from getting it fixed, as this is an old RV and parts are hard to get, what is rely nice he comes to your location, would definitely recommend and hire again"

"Heavy thunderstorms this year plus Sandy last year.  We started seeing water marks on the ceiling in several rooms, particularly in the living room near the fireplace.  On a Friday afternoon, checked Angie's list called a company that did not return the call, checked the list again and called OC Elite Construction.  Jon came over Saturday, looked on the roof and checked in the attic - found the problem(s) and provided an estimate.  The next day, SUNDAY!, OC Elite came to the house in the morning and completed all the work we needed done.  Thanks to Jon and his crew fro a quick and professional solution.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
