"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."

Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."
