Brought me up to code (it was a very old roof), got the job finished as promised, and their cleanup was wonderful. "Called and spoke to Lee regarding chimneys at a home I just purchased. Never having a chimney, I didn't even know where to start. He came out promptly, assessed the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done to make them functional. He quoted a fair price for the materials and labor involved, and promptly got to work. He did a great job and the new chimney cap looks great and should last a lifetime. In addition to the predefined work, he added on additional items at no charge (sealing loose flashings on front chimney and providing a log holder for the fireplace).

They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"I can't speak more highly of my experience with HCI and Alvin Ashley in particular. Being a military veteran I felt an immediate camaraderie with Alvin who himself is a veteran. As part of quoting the job he walked my wife and I through the entire process start to finish.
