He came out promptly, assessed the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done to make them functional. He quoted a fair price for the materials and labor involved, and promptly got to work. He did a great job and the new chimney cap looks great and should last a lifetime. In addition to the predefined work, he added on additional items at no charge (sealing loose flashings on front chimney and providing a log holder for the fireplace).
