"All Brick truly made the whole experience great, from the initial talk with Shane about the tuck pointing to the the crew doing the work and even the cleanup when they finished. If the wet mortar had the same color as old mortar you would think our brick never had any cracks or missing joints. The work crew was here on time and extremely good at their trade. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and even made sure to cover our a/c unit with a reminder to us to turn it off so that the dust and debris would not clog our filters or get in the motors. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again when I get to replacing/fixing my patio."

These guys seemed to be really knowledgeable about their work when I would ask them questions. They were always super friendly and eager to address any concerns I had about brick type, porch design, job time frame etc. The guys finished the work sooner than they promised me and the porch looked awesome. Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in hiring someone to do any type of brick or cement work around their house or commercially. "Eric was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He did a great job cleaning the firebox. Actually, he did it better than the worker who did it last year. The reason I gave a C grade overall is that AFTER Eric completed the cleaning and reset the soot, grate and logs, he advised me that I should not burn any fires as I needed repairs completed as the firebox was not safe. I think that the time to tell me that would have been before I spent  the money to complete the cleaning and inspection. I also had estimates done for tuckpointing on the outside chimney bricks and repairs to the firebox. I decided to go with another company to have the work done. <br />"

"I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward. "

"<p>This was a big deal purchase. It worked out for me good and bad, The cleaning of the chimney was fine, but the fireplace has two sides. We talked about putting a door on one of the sides that matched the other side. That was not part of the deal, that was separate. I gave them a good down payment and no door is forthcoming. They are very nice, but no door has been forthcoming. They were going to bring the door two weeks ago, but I got a call from the guy who said he was stuck on the side of the road and could not come that day. I have not heard from them since. </p>"
