"J&J Roofing contacted me after my inquiry through Home Advisor of a roof leak repair. Johnny came by within the hour to inspect the leak and quoted a price. He came back the next day and completed the repair. He explained to me why the leak occurred on a newly install roof. The exhaust fan was not sealed properly!"

"Initially, my request was to come and tarp the roof until the weather let up.  Mike Beardon, owner, was able to come a few hours later and immediately cleaned off the roof after checking where the leake were in the attic.  He discovered loose shingles in the back area of the roof where the leak was.  He immediately put the shingles back in place, applied sealer and placed additional sealer around vents.  He checked the remainder of the roof and said it was in good condition. 
I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism and the manner in which he handled the job.
