"The work was top quality. Our deck is first generation Trex and needs to be cleaned somewhat gently. It is now looking new and the furniture is beige again. All of the house exterior (brick ranch with vinyl windows and soffits) looks great. There is one small area of the chimney and one portion of the driveway (below a tree canopy) that needs some additional work. I called Jenelle the next day (Saturday morning) and within a few hours Jeff was over to look it over. He promised they would be back later the next week to redo both problem areas at no additional cost. I'll update this after that is done."

"I called to get an estimate and they said they would come when they were in the area. They took about a week to get back to me but when they did call, the estimate was MUCH less than expected. I was pleasantly surprised. They said they would come that day at a certain time and that they would call when on their way.
