Eric Roberson was very responsive the the timely scheduling of the needed repairs and the crew he sent to our home was very professional. The quote and the end cost was very fair in comparison to other quotes I received from other roofing companies. Our chimney and the area immediately surrounding it required replacement of damaged wood, installation of new base sheet on roof deck, installation of synthetic underlayment around chimney, installation of new L-flashing around entire chimney and installation of new shingles around the base of the chimney as well as the area immediately surrounding the chimney. "I contacted B&D Roofing as to a possible leak around my chimney. Bill was out the day after I contacted him to inspect. He said the issue was not with a leak around the chimney, but that we actually needed a new chimney cap. Since this was not something he did, he did give us suggestions for contact. Then as a temporary patch, since he did not have the supplies with him then, he came back out twice to caulk the biggest openings (the first time he came back out it was too cold to get the caulk out of the tube). And even with all this, he would not accept any pay.
