"This company is so accommodating, friendly and provides quality services! I know when I call them I will get someone who knows exactly how to fix whatever I need to have done!"

"Dustin and his team were EXCELLENT! He was a great communicator and always replied quickly to any question that I had. He showed up every day and they always worked for a full day! They began and finished the project in the promised time frame. When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! I would hire him again for any project that we are working on! (His team did demolition of 700sqft, framing, insulation of cinderblock walls, textured and smooth sheetrock installed and finished.)"

"Overall it was great. They didn’t do a few jobs that were listed on the work order and one of the jobs was something I really needed done. I took their survey and told them but have not had any response."

"Can't say enough good things about the work these guys did for us. They are clearly experts at their craft, tended to our job very promptly, and saved us a bunch of money because there was virtually no waste of materials. They did a whole house install of vinyl plank and it looks beautiful. Would definitively hire again!"

"From start to finish, Jim and his crew (Allen and Ronnie) were fantastic to work with.  Very punctual, finished ahead of schedule and had a keen eye for detail and quality.  They were always open to suggestions by us, always willing to make a recommendation on material type or how to detail a condition and extremely fair on settling up on a material cost plus contract.  He provided a proof of insurance.  Jobsite was sparkling clean when they completed the work.

"None of the other companies I contacted could schedule the job for weeks. Some did not call back, or show up to give an estimate when they said they would. Edwin at O'Franco came by when he said he would; provided a firm estimate and installed the gutters within a few days. Looks great. They did an excellent job for a fair price and showed up when they said they would. Very professional. I highly recommend them."

"This is a responsible company full of people with big hearts and compassion. Not only did they complete the job in a very timely manner, they took the time to think out the project and not leave any important details overlooked. Fine craftsmen, educated in all areas of the work needed done. Left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Pricing and billing was beyond fair. The price I quote was just an in the door and exceptionally long discussion as I asked so many questions and received through answers."

"JM Roofing has successfully completed several projects for me ranging from building a deck, installing several new roofs, new hardy plank siding, and a complete - down to replacing studs and floor joists - remodel of a 1910 farmhouse. We are very satisfied with their work and will gladly use them again!"

"Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again."
