"I selected having my new HVAC (heatpump) system installed by Ragsdale based on the qualified sales consultation, the use of Carrier products made in the USA, and Ragsdale being a local certified family run business. My new unit was installed this morning by two technicians who worked efficiently and who kept me in the loop about the new equipment, thermostat, warranty, and FAQs. They were polite, neat & tidy. "Did a great job. Well, I mean, they did a great job. I definitely was not completely, you know, like I said. It's working, the water's back on, the meters. I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."
