"We ended up filing an insurance claim for the repair itself, and our insurance company required that the tests be performed again with one of their preferred plumbers. When the second company came out, they actually located an additional, smaller leak in another area of the house. I'm not sure why this one was not located by Morgan Leak. All in all, we found them helpful and easy to work with, but gave them a B overall simply because they did not identify the second smaller leak. I would consider using them again for a different plumbing-related issue."

"Appliance Repair Squad was contacted due to Samsung electric dryer not heating. Jason clearly explained the necessary repairs and parts to be replaced. Repair was very reasonable priced. Jason had the necessary parts to make repair with him. Repair was made the same morning as I called for service. Dryer has been working better than ever. Excellent customer service and fast repair. "They were very professional and knowledgeable about the systems. For this install there were some issue, I forgive them for this obviously I am giving them an A. They sent someone out immediately to fix it at no cost and got it running immediately. Even more, specificity, two months after they installed it I found out they had mistakenly installed the wrong filtration system in the AC. It was a lower grade one and they came out and fixed it and upgraded the system free of charge. It was outstanding, I didn't expect them to do that I was willing to pay for it but they did it for free. 

The area for improvement would be the ability to find customer information in the system when the customer calls in seems to be a bit slow at times and the associates on the other end struggled to find the info in a timely manner."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
