He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

We’ve had a number of contractors attempt to fix our door deck leak, ineffectively, to the point where water infiltrated the floor and stained the ceiling of the room below. Tom was honest and straightforward, and advised us to go with extensive caulking and a few other additions to our existing deck door, rather than installing a new one and / or a storm door which would have cost considerably more. "The job(s) went fantastic, start to finish. Bruce was responsive to my call, came out to look at the issues within a few days, and left a written estimate that same day. Originally he had said he could do the work in mid-September, but he found some time on a weekend in early August. Bruce replaced the door assembly hardware, planed the bottom of the back door, repainted the areas that needed painting, and he pointed out a couple of other small issues related to a rear gutter and window sill that will need repair. Bruce was knowledgable, soft-spoken, and he worked diligently. We will have him back next month to repair the issues he pointed out to us. Yes, we will definitely hire Bruce again -- and we did! Note -- Angie's List has many companies listed under "Handymen," but only a few truly fit the bill. Many of the providers I called were only interested in large jobs or remodeling/reconstruction projects. Bruce is a true handyman, and is worth the wait for his services."

"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Fabulously. Mr Frederick and his team were just not professionals, but artists. They managed to match the color of the trim on the house so that the gutter looks like part of the molding. Since on the day of installation, the weather was intermittently rainy and they couldn't caulk, they promised to come back and do that finishing detail as soon as it was dry. And they did - the next day. I'd ask them to do any similar work for me in a heartbeat. AND their quote was the lowest by far."
