"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Tom Cromer and his crew replaced a damaged wooden window with a new, vinyl window. They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

"I had a little trouble connecting with Brian at first but once we did the work was done well. He was very personable and I would use him again for any problems with my windows."

"Trevor came out and serviced my HVAC unit after I noticed warm air coming from the system. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to come out the same day. He inspected the unit, found that it was low on coolant, located the leak, and recharged the system all in one visit. With the temperature being almost 90 degrees that day, I was extremely thankful for the fast service. Trevor was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend him."

"The experience hiring Kaio to paint the exterior of my house was excellent from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to the timely completion of the project. He listened very well to understand what I wanted to accomplish and worked with me to find just the right color for the house. He paid extra attention to communication as the project went along and also was careful to protect the roof from paint. The quality of the work was excellent, done on time at a reasonable price. He did a small interior paint job for me as well and results were also excellent. I would highly recommend him and his company for a painting project."
