He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

There were various layers of different paint, peeling paint, and curling paint above the tile in the shower. He dealt with and improve the look of the overpainted metal on the grate to the vent and the metal heating unit. He adjusted the enclosure of the pocket door to the linen closet so that it wouldn’t scrape the paint on the door as the door was moved back and forth. He fixed the paint on the bathroom door that was peeling up from the bottom. After each day, Kaio left the area spotless. He was accommodating of my schedule and also of the way I needed to use my bathroom daily. He was clear about each step he would be doing and took time to address many small but important details. His price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work he put into the job. I would definitely recommend him to others and am very likely to use him again myself for other jobs."
