"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. Some final words to share about my experience with the BHI team and with this home improvement project in no particular order: Customer-centric, Timely, Communicative, Knowledgeable, Consultative, Responsive, Friendly, Courteous, Fair, Neat, Transformative, Attentive, Cost-effective, Excellent work, Excellent materials, Professional, Impressive. "I've lived in my old house for nearly 20 years. Every few years, slates could come off, or we'd need something fixed. I've struggled to find a good roofer who will do slate work and do it well. The last couple repairs were done with the wrong type of slate (color mismatch) and adding copper hangers everywhere. I just thought that this was the best I was going to get. I checked out the reviews of Doherty Roofing and I had to try again. Jason is a REAL professional. Self-proclaimed perfectionist who cares deeply about his work. He came out a few times to ensure that he sourced the right type of slate (a near perfect match!) and fixed all this repairs from years passed. As we worked, he explained his approach. I learned a lot about slate work - and even my house - from talking with him. He also installed copper snow bars to keep snow from the front walk. I *cannot* recommend Jason more highly."

"We had a great experience with On Top Roofing. They returned my call for a quote request within one day and had someone out to give an estimate within a couple of days after that. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Very well. Roof looks great!"

"These guys are exceptional. We called Farina Roofing to come take a look at our roof which was in need of replacement. Ricardo and Rafael came out promptly to inspect the roof and provided us with an estimate right away. Their professionalism was unparalleled to other companies we met with and we were even more impressed by the quality of their work. Their crew was excellent and we are so pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend them for any roofing project and would hire them back in the future."

"Did a wonderful job on my roofing repairs. Showed up timely and was very professional."

"Great, we called and sent pictures of the damage and they responded that night. Gave us a quote and told us they would show up within the next week to repair the siding."

"Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."

"I had a great experience with their foundation, basement, and waterproofing services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issues and solutions clearly. The team handled everything from crack repairs to waterproofing with attention to detail, and the results were solid and long-lasting. I felt confident in their work, and they left the area clean and well-finished. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with foundation or water issues."

"They did an awesome job! The roof looks GREAT! Plus the people are very professional and friendly. There will be no other company doing my projects but BBS General Construction Inc. from now on!"
