"Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I had storm damage and needed my roof being replace. I got multiple quotes from different companies in the area. There was a wide range in different prices that I had received from the multiple quotes. I had noticed that some companies also had a contract, and some did not. Committed 365 was able to sit down with me and explain all the details to their contact as well as answer all my questions. I also was able to have all my concerns with insurance taken off my hands with the great work that Committed 365 put into working with my insurance company and laying everything out for me in layman's terms. I was new to owning a home within the past couple years with no idea how the process worked. "I was very pleased with my decision to go with Timberland Exteriors. The sales person (Pete) was very professional and knowledgeable. He came with window samples, which was very helpful. The installers were fantastic! Jeff, Mike, & Mike arrived on time. They were friendly, courteous, and neat. I had 5 windows installed, and they were finished in one day. They did a beautiful job inside and out. They were the kind of people you didn't mind having around all day. I have 3 windows on the garage that need to be replaced, and I will use them again. I highly recommend them!"

"The mold was removed.  However, the contractor was supposed to replace some insulation that was removed for cleaning. That
 insulation has not been replaced.  Also, a roll of carpeting was taken from the basement after he was instructed to not take it away.

In phone calls and texts he had informed me that he had the roll of carpet and would return it and re-install the insulation, and has yet to do so several months later.

I would not recommend this contractor.
