"D&M was the service provider through my home warranty. The cost reflects the service call deductible plus charges not covered by the home or product warranty. The technicians were very professional in diagnosing the problem, and courteous when working inside the house. They originally replaced a faulty valve in March. After having problems with other warranty service providers in diagnosing a problem in fall, I specifically requested D&M for a second opinion. They replaced a second valve, and performed additional servicing and troubleshooting as it has become apparent that the original installation of the unit was not done correctly. They have also been great answering questions over the phone as I learn about The home warranty runs out soon, but I will continue to call D&M for any service work for as long as I have this system."
