"The old roof (under the shingles) was from the original structure built in 1934. It was tongue and grooved planking. The old tar paper and alot of the shingles were melted to it. Making it so the roof had to be removed down to the rafrers. And new plywood replacement installed. Amazingly, Bill and his crew bangged out the entire job in ONE day!!! Bill and Kelly run an efficient, friendly, courteous, and most importantly! Thorough contracting company. That encompass all aspects of today's modern construction methods. They strive for perfection in every undertaking. Give them a call! You'll be GLAD you did!"

"Patrick is a wonderful owner. However he has a son who was very disrespectful to my senior citizen father On Moving Day. My father asked him to place an air conditioner in the car and he refused. When I tried to talk to him about it he was very rude. I offered to pay Extra money he refused. He did not want to speak to me and I ended up having to call his father Patrick on the phone who attempted to apologize for his behavior. This was my second time using Patrick storage. The first time was a great experience. But his son ruined the Second time around. The other men who worked that day tried their best to work twice as hard to make up for the disrespect that their colleague showed me that day and I was grateful to them and gave them each a $60 tip but the son whose name I believe is also Patrick got $0."

Dan and his team are dedicated and professional and not interested in doing something simply so they can charge you for it. Instead, they work carefully with you, and together you decide on the best approach for your job. Dan’s team has been instrumental in helping to get my sheetrock and spackling job done right. Before Dan, I had another company start the job, but it was incorrectly done and so bad, that I needed to remove the sheetrock and have it replaced. This is where Dan’s team came in. They removed the bad sheetrock and installed new sheetrock correctly and spackled the area and several other areas in my house. The job looked so good, the spackle is smooth and seamless, and the ceiling looks great!!! Also, the team was so neat and cleaned up after finishing the job. Dan is very amiable and easy to work with. He is quick to respond, very professional and honest. He is responsible and timely in attending to every situation. This is how a business like this should be run. Dan Bozzo Spackling is easily the best Spackling and Sheetrock company in town, and it would be a mistake not to hire them as soon as possible. "They are weak in trouble shooting and providing clear recommendations due to which we incurred significant costs. It’s sad to give your business to a company wherein you spend $2000 on a repair only to be told 72 hours later you need to replace the entire furnace. No appreciation for customer loyalty or that during COVID some refund should have been provided. Instead they did not take any ownership for it. Furnace was only 13 yrs old and they did the maintainence on it for 10 of those years. We lost our heating one say and they suggested the furnace required a new inducer and mother board for $2000. We went with that repair only to find out 72 hours later our heating stopped again abs this time it was found our heat exchanger was leaking water. Anyway nothing good comes out of taking undue advantage of people. The lesson here is try to find a company that has expertise in your brand of furnace. We later researched and found out our furnace was known to have heat exchanger issues. This company only has knowledge on the brand of furnace they install. Everything is else you as the customer do at risk as they will not take any accountability of their repairs don’t work. I have never come across a company like this one."

"Jim Flanagan did a great job on our project. We really enjoyed working with him on our kitchen upgrade, painting, floor refinishing and other touch ups we needed done to the family home we were selling. Not living locally was a challenge but Jim made this workable with his prompt communication, advising us on certain supplies and materials he noticed on sale, meeting us when we were in town and recommending other great people to work with. He was fair, honest and flexible. He did great work himself and made sure others he hired did the same. He helped us stay on budget and finish in our hoped for time frame. The sale of the property went well and buyers liked the improvements Jim made, especially the kitchen upgrades of the countertop, appliances, tile backsplash and flooring. Wonderful guy to work with!"
