"Both my husband and I enjoyed working with Luke. He took time to listen to what we wanted and answer questions. He even provided information that helped settle a bit of confusion we had about placement of the fence. He built the fence to be super durable against kids and kept the safety of both our children and pet in mind during the construction. I do plan on using them in the future for further home repair/renovation."

"Wayne Ross, is a very respectful hard working PRO. He does exactly what he tells you he will do , he put in a Patio door for me when Others were saying it was to much work and the price was WAY much for me to pay, it just could Not be done , HA ! Wayne had NO PROBLEM at all putting it in , witch greatly helped me be able to get my Six little Dogs out without needing to shovel snow that is SO Very Hard for me to do, the door looks BETTER then I ever thought it would , He is your PRO If you need something done , CALL HIM !!"

"Footprints was fabulous. They came to do an estimate the very next day and were super flexible about scheduling our service around our crazy Reno schedule. The price was better than many others we'd looked at and they also took the time to really explain to us how to take great care of our wood floors so they would last a lifetime."

"Extremely satisfied with the in the product, the focus of the service and the contractor, excellent work, would use them again, and results exceeds expectations."

"The finished product (wood floor installation) looks great. The installation was a difficult one with many curved transitions to 2 other rooms. John took his time to do the edges right. My only negative comment would be to have John start earlier in the day so he can end his day when my husband & I got home from work."

"Cruz and his team were phenomenal. We were moving into a new house and had a tight window to replace the over 1500 sq.ft of flooring before we moved our furniture into the house. They worked long hours and did an impeccable job. Throughout the process Cruz was great about communicating. They were also careful to minimize the mess in other areas of the house, wrapping the entire kitchen in plastic before starting, and thoroughly cleaning after they were done."

"Finished Floors not only offered me the best price in town for the same product as all the other companies, they did a FANTASTIC job with the installation, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Absolutely great."

"Joe did a great job using 40 year old wool carpet, moved from one room to be used on a stairs. He also did a patch as you enter a living room using the same wool. That turned out to not be as great a choice; partly because the wear pattern on the patch was different than the rest of the room and partly because it was difficult to stretch the patch properly due to the age of the carpet. Unfortunately, one corner furthest into the room has a carpet bubble, that Joe has not be able or willing to return and decide if it can be further reduced. He simply says," I done the best I could and I will not have time to come out for 4-6 weeks to see it"

"Carlos and his team came to my house for a flooring installation in my kitchen and living room that I needed done immediately. They came within two days and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using their services for future projects."
