"I had a new garage door and opener installed, and I'm happy I chose to use this company. Just about everyone was friendly and helpful, both in the office and on-site. The installation was done well. The installer had some issues, but other team members made things right. Overall, it was a good experience. One thing to note: it took about 3 weeks from the time the door was ordered until it was ready, but installation was scheduled quickly after that. I wasn't in a hurry, so this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for someone else."

In addition, due to the sinking neither one of my gates closes anymore and are no longer aligned. I’ve called several times to get this repaired and I’ve been told that there’s no repair crew. The only way they can service my gates is if they have a crew near my neighborhood doing work. This is not the first year that I’ve needed my gates realigned and fixed. The first time I asked, no one ever came out the entire summer. I had to call again the following year and finally had the gates realigned. Here we are two years later and the same thing is happening again. The only reason I gave them an overall rating of C instead of D was because the internal fence and gate is holding up OK so far."

"I called on a Friday looking for a quote and they said someone would be out the next day. They called about 11:00 and said they would be there in about five minutes. They came by and gave me a quote of $125 and we scheduled it for Wednesday. They called about 10:30 and were out about 5 minutes later. They installed an oversized drop rod they made at their shop and decided the latch I bought was too flimsy and suggested I return it and get my money back as they did not open it. They then ran back to the shop and got a stronger one and installed that at no extra charge. I now have a working gate that is accessable from both sides."
