"Sandy Diamond (son of the owner) met with us initially and was very personable and really took the time to ask (and answer) questions to understand the style of fence we'd like. He gave us two addresses to look at before making our decision and they were beautiful. We had the work done in May of 2021 during their annual sale and we received a quote that was either better or very competitive with two other companies we received quotes from. Sandy was very responsive through the whole process and even showed up the first day of install as well as the 2nd (last) day to see how the finished product came out. The crew who did the work were very polite and efficient. We had a small issue with the front gate fitting too tightly about a week after install. I spoke with Sandy and he had the crew back out within a couple weeks (I told them it was not an urgent issue) and it was fixed within an hour. The fence is beautiful and has made out backyard a haven this summer."

"Tim was great.  Came in and showed us difference types of fencing.  Gave us a great deal on a fence.  The guys came out to install a few weeks later.  Our job was a tough one with all of the rocks in our soil.  They had to hand dig the holes for the posts.  Took them 2 days because of this.  They came back bright and early on Saturday (a holiday weekend at that).  It looks amazing!  We were very happy with Northwest.

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer. I would recommend Aspen to anyone, but I would just say to make sure both parties are clear on what needs to be accomplished to avoid any issues.
