What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "Entire experience with Green Tech Plumbing was excellent, start to finish. A power outage shut down my old hot water heater with a message indicating the control unit needed replacement. I called another plumber for a service call, who indicated that to replace the control would be about $1200. Because the heater was already 10 years old, I thought it would be more cost-effective to replace the heater entirely. I got quotes from the first service company then requested quotes from several other companies specifically versed in installing AO Smith water heaters. Not only did Green Tech respond quickly, they had the lowest quote by far (a full $1450 less than the highest quote for installing the same model), Kevin at Green Tech also took the time to see if they could first get a control unit for a more reasonable cost and simply replace it (it was less but still high enough that I opted to replace the unit; however I appreciated that he did his due diligence). They were able to schedule to come out to replace the unit the next day, texted in the morning to let me know when they would arrive, and the two-man team actually arrived a bit ahead of schedule and set right to work. Work was completed within the estimated 3 hours, including removal of the old unit to the alley (where their scrap metal person picked it up withing 90 minutes). Service Tech (Mike?) let me inspect the work, answered my questions, and waited until I ran the faucets in my house to make sure all were in working order. I had also asked them to unclog an outside drain that was causing rainwater to backup and come in under my basement door. They threw in that rodding at no extra charge! Whole work area was left clean and neat. Could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to the whole team."

"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"Trust! I think trust is most important in choosing an expert to fix a problem. Of course experience, knowledge, ability and integrity are also needed. But trusting the reviews written by others or trusting the recommendation of a friend is sometimes all we have to go by. I had a clogged drain about 15 feet “downstream” from my kitchen sink. It was the result of overzealous use of the garbage disposal. I tried snaking the drain myself but the clog was too big (turns out about 2 feet of drain was totally blocked). I did research on several websites looking for a plumber in my area who I could trust to do the work right - at a fair price. I narrowed the list to 4 companies. At 7:15 PM on a weekday I called each of them. I got two answering services that could not answer any of my technical questions, another said they would have someone call me back “in a few minutes” (never happened) and then there was Dmitry. Dmitry is one of the owners of CJ Plumbing. He answered the phone himself. He was able to discuss my issue intelligently, explain the likely scenarios and give me an estimated price range (min and max) for the job. It was clear from his questions and his input that he understood the problem and knew the likely solutions. As it turns out, he was absolutely correct about the issue and what it would take to fix it. I wanted to consider what he said before making a commitment. He said I could call him back anytime in the next few hours. I called several hours later and again he answered the phone and we scheduled a visit for the following afternoon. The plumber who showed up (not the person I spoke to) was a delight to work with. He was professional, polite, and patient as he answered my many questions. He tried a few “easy” options to fix the problem (e.g. using a powered drain snake). When those did not work he said the best option was to cut out the clogged section of drain (which he had located) and replace it with a new section of pipe. The clogged part of the pipe included two 90 degree bends. He removed that section and replaced the sharp bends with pairs of 45 degree bends to allow waste to pass through the more easily. The drain pipe ran along the ceiling of my unfinished basement so there was direct access to the pipe. After replacing the section of pipe he verified that there were no leaks and cleaned up the area of the basement where he worked as well as the area under the kitchen sink. He even cleaned the sink. I was VERY pleased with his work and with his personality. The cost of the repair was within the range quoted on the phone (though near the higher end). My trust in CJ Plumbing was rewarded by their performance and their honesty. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I recommend them to YOU."

"The coupon deal was exactly what we needed to discover the origin of a leak identified by our newly installed water meter system.  Matt and Mike were both courteous, personable and professional.  They quickly completed the inspections, determined the leak and estimated repairs.  The plus was we took them around and discussed additional plumbing projects/problems and Matt wrote up a detailed estimate for each on the spot!  Estimates are so important in planning and budgeting for all our projects.  In addition, we appreciate they are a family owned, local business.  Thank you J.Blanton Plumbing's Mike and Matt for a great experience!
