I would definitely recommend Nail it Down Remodeling. The owner is very much involved in all aspects of the job. He's a Christian man who genuinely cares and makes sure that all work is done to his high standard. Everything was done timely and exactly as promised. The quality of work is top notch! "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"This is actually our 2nd time hiring this group. This time we hired them to do the rest of our exterior siding and they did anything that was needed to do the job right.  They replaced wood, cleaned out birds nests, worked around a satellite dish, spray painted, replaced/installed light fixtures, taught us a few things and showed up when they said they would!
They are pleasant, professional, tidy and creative.  I really liked how they problem solved on the fly and asked us for feedback. They only reason we are writing this review is we know how difficult it can be to find good workers at a fair price, and feel win/win after the job is complete.  We would definitely recommend them and will call them again.
