"Overall I was pleased with the job done. The carpeting install I was very pleased with. The only concern I had is that there were a couple of molding pieces that were not nailed down when they installed the flooring. I didn't notice until a couple of days after so I just nailed the pieces down myself. Not that big of a deal but I was a little confused how they could have left them not nailed down."

To help a friend while she went on a cruise, I volunteered to care for her dog, Daisy.  A more appropriate name would be Daisy the Destroyer. 

Each day of her ten-day stay, Daisy visited another malady on my house; the last whereby she chewed a section of the rug. I was concerned that no carpet repair store would want a job this small.  And, though I had never used the Merchant before, I called and left a voicemail to explain the damage. 

Steve Patton returned my call within 30 minutes and said he would stop by the next day to examine the damage.  Fortunately, I had a small carpet remnant that Steve could use and we made an appointment for Steve to return on Monday to do the repairs. It only took 45 minutes for Steve to switch out the rug sections, and I could not be happier or more pleased!!  There are NO seams or other tell-tale signs that would indicate where the damage had been.

"From start to finish, SI Restoration was professional and timely. They were such a gem to work with during a very tough time. Our home suffered water damage from a water leak in the kitchen to the basement. The team sent to my home (same day) was courteous, knowledgeable, and set up the drying equipment. "We had a leak from a second floor bathroom from the water feed to our toilet. The bathroom floor was flooded and the water drained down into the kitchen ceiling. It was quite a mess. I called my insurance company and they sent someone out to evaluate the damages. The person from the insurance company felt that we could just remove one row of tile from the bathroom floor, which did not sound right to me. I went to Angie's List and checked out different contractors. From the positive comments I found Darin from Millenium and he returned my call promptly. It only took a couple of days for him to come over. He was great. He spent some time with us and went over all the damage. He told us what needed to be done, how he would do it, the time frame and everything. He was incredible. He agreed that the entire tile floor needed to be removed and went over the insurance estimate and told us what else would have to be done that the insurance company did not tell us. For example the insurance company wanted to replace one row of tile rather than the whole tile floor, the insurance company would pay for a new vanity but wanted us to use the top of the damaged vanity. Darin sent us an estimate and spoke with the insurance agent and their estimator. They agreed to let my insurance company hire a third party to review everything. The reviewer came out and Darin met him at my house. The insurance reviewer basically agreed with everything Darin said and they approved a whole new vanity and a whole new tile floor Darin then went with us to pick out the tile and the vanity and helped us set up what we needed to do. Everything was done exactly to schedule. He really worked with our schedule and there were NO surprises. When work began he sent out someone to do the work. His name was Vinny. He was excellent. He did an unbelievable great job. he let us know what he was doing. I mean he even warned us when he was going to turn the water off. He left a clean site every day. we were watching our grandchild for the week and he was great in trying to decrease the noise while she slept. All I can tell you is that he was incredible and did great work. When the job was done Darin came back and inspected everything with us. The price was clear, there were no extra surprises. I would very strongly recommend Millenium and Darin. I think Vinny does great work. Very happy I found them on Angie's List."

"We had water damage due to the extreme ice produced during the various winter storms.  One wall in our press room suffered water damage.   We contacted Jim and he came out to our business the same day. He approach to correcting the problem was very reasonable.  He provided a quote which was accepted by our Ins. Adjustor and Ins. company.
The repairs to the pressroom required coordination as the roof suffered damage.   The various snow storms delayed the roof repairs.  Jim was very flexible when scheduling our work. 
We arranged for the work to start on 3/24/14.  Jim and his crew arrived on time and did a nice job.  They were neat, professional and completed the work as promised.  In addition, Jim replaced an outside door on our building.  This required rebuilding the frame.  This was completed on the same day.
In summary,  we are very pleased with Jim and his company.  We will continue to use them for work at our business.
