"One panel was installed incorrectly at ridge vent. When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"They replaced window also repaired canopy . what was destroyed in the wind storm."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Mr. Hayden and his crew came out to repair a section of my roof that covers an addition that I want to remodel. We talked through some options and decided on the most optimal solution. Thumb exterior did a great job with the repair. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was sealed properly and gave me confidence that the roof would hold up for years to come."

"They have been great! Recently, my AC went out, and it was $75 flat for them to send someone out and do any needed repairs. They will come out more than once if needed, and it doesn't cost me any more. Same situation with a dishwasher. When I call, someone is out within 24 hours is not sooner."
