"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "First, I would just like to say contractors are a dime a dozen. I had multiple people come out measure and quote me a price to take our 1994 kitchen into a comfortable, more updated country kitchen. We have 5 kids and the kitchen is definitely the heart of our home. The price of everything has gone through the roof... we budgeted a certain amount and I was bound and determined to stay within that budget. Dan from Coastal Waters was the last person I had give me a quote. He was honest and up front and told me if I would be willing to “piece mill” the project, that I would be able to do exactly what I wanted. Not only am I getting the kitchen done, but we are also updating the laundry room as well. We are about two weeks in; they have cleared the popcorn ceilings, installed new can lights and installed our cabinets and painted them, as well as the walls and working on the trim presently. The fabricator comes tomorrow and our counters will be installed, as well as all the appliances. I’ll come leave another review once everything is finished, but as of now, I’m ecstatic at how things are looking!!"
