"He was very conpedant, and knew what he was doing in replacing my cooling fan in my wall oven. Even though he brought another fan in case the other oven ( double oven)was in need.of repair, he determined it was fine and didn't unnecessarily charge me for replacement. I greatly appreciated that. I thought his pricing was very reasonable.."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Cristian is a conscience man, even did a little extra repair on my stove, will recommend him to anyone who asks me if I know an appliance repair service!"

"I really like their service. It is a professional job and quick repair. I highly recommend this company!"

"Serg from West Coast was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and he repaired our furnace issue quickly. I would absolutely recommend hiring West Coast. I feel we were charged a very reasonable price, plus they took the cost of the service call off the repair cost."

"Excellent service for my Miele oven! Estimate was precise and with great quality work."

"It was a pleasure to find an appliance repairman online that was everything you would hope for... honest, reliable, punctual, and competent. Dimitri showed up at our house as scheduled to replace our Samsung oven igniter and was in and out of the house in a half-hour or less. A really pleasant guy and someone who I will definitely call upon in the future for any appliance repair. He gets my recommendation hands down!! Excellent communication."

"Chris Northup called before he came, was professional and friendly, did excellent work, and I was very happy that he replaced my filters at the vent sites. He showed me photos of some work on the furnaces that may need to be done, which I will discuss with my husband. I specifically asked for his card so I can put this company (and him) in my own service directory in the event we need furnace or AC repairs in the future. Also he was very knowledgeable and took great care with his ladder not to bump the walls, which I appreciated. He also put a drop cloth down in the laundry room so as not to cause a mess when he entered the attic. An excellent job by a very trustworthy young man, was my sense of his character. You would not hesitate to allow him access into your home."

"Alex from Elemental Appliance Service did a good job repairing my Maytag clothes washer that had a lid lock issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and able to finish the repair that did not take too much time, I already had the new part I ordered online. I would call him again for help with my appliances."

"So glad that we selected white van appliance, they didn't stop till the issue was fixed, would definitely recommend and endorse their services"
