"Kevin came on quickly with good communication. Once we signed the contract everything went downhill. Communication was spotty and always steering away from being written. When major gaps were becoming very obvious in the contract, Kevin would not re-do the contract. He refused to take accountability for things he missed in our drawings and it became clear that his contract pricing was a guess at best as we never saw a sub-contractor until after we signed. We have since parted ways with Kevin and he is refusing to refund our money for the work that was never started beyond some drawings and the permit from the city. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND hiring Kevin if you like direct communication, accountability, accurate pricing, and a fair contract. You will get none of those with this company. I?m very very disappointed. "
