I called Mr. Osorio last Tuesday and he was at my house at 7:30 Saturday morning. His crew had both sides removed and they put the new boards up in only a half a day. I watched as their experience was evident in how great they did!! Super nice people!! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Very fair price!! Super happy about that! He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."
