"Very good experience. Ruben was the plumber who came out on a days notice, on time, called me to discuss the problem when he said he would, and finished in a short time. I was at work (my father was at home) and he even came back by to get the check after I was home from work. He was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely call again for any plumbing issues we have at home. UPDATE: 07/24/19 Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace: Ruben has done other jobs for us in the past and is always reliable, courteous, and his work is excellent. The repairman showed without any knowledge of the repair...which is odd since I specifically told the person on the phone when scheduling, what was wrong and what I expected to be the solution. So my repairman had to leave to get the valve to replace (which I had expected to be something they would have brought with them). Took twice as long due to the non-communication between dispatch and repairman. Repairman was great. Repair is great. Paid the hourly rate, plus $9 bucks for the part."
