His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
