"They did a great job installing our new roof and reclaiming of woods into a nice open meadow."

"Excellent team of installers worked professionally and proficiently. When the roof was complete the whole crew worked on clean-up and left the yard immaculate. On the sales side Brandon was responsive and had excellent communication through the whole process. Santiago mer with us personally at completion to make sure we were happy with the results. I highly recommend Herman Exterior Homes for your next roofing or siding project."

"This was the first big project I have ever hired a contractor for and to be totally honest I had no idea what I was getting into. You hear all these horror stories about contractors but Goose was an exceptionally wonderful surprise. We started our journey by replacing the roof on my porch, which is again my oasis and no longer a small rainforest. Then we moved on to bigger and better things... like an entire basement overhaul. The entire process he kept me in the loop (very important for type A personalities like me), he was methodical in his planning and approach to the entire project, and he delivered a final product that exceeded what I had envisioned. I even threw him a few surprise curve balls and he hit every single one out of the park. I will be hiring him again in the future, as I already have several other projects in mind."

"Ralph is an awesome handyman He came for an estimate and took time out of his day to complete the job on the spot!! The project was certainly way overdue, but we did not expect it to be done immediately. Ralph did not want to leave the sink in th1e condition it was, so he jumped right on it and did an amazing job! I can't thank him enough!"

"We had a new roof installed, new siding installed, 2 new doors, 2 new windows (including a new double-wide window which replaced a single-wide window), new shudders, and new gutters. Basically, our house got an entire external makeover, and we couldnâ t be happier with the work that Paul and his crew have done for us. They are highly recommended!!"

"Mr. Bodo at 1st Choice General Contracting was very helpful in getting the deck and the siding ready for pressure washing. He move things so that his work would be properly done. After completion, he walked around with me so that I could see and discuss the overall work. I definitely will call him for services again."

"Bob did some maintenance work in our house including replacing small section of roofing, siding repair and inside dry wall repair and painting. Response time from initial enquiry to quote and project start and completion was less than one week. The quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend Bob and this company for small home repair projects."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"Although the price was on the high side, Tim was reliable and good job were done."
