I explained I had been visiting my daughter and noticed several broken panels along with door and lock. It was very unsafe for my grandson and I voiced that concern. He visited her house that very afternoon and took pictures and video. Within 2 days I had a very reasonable quote and gave them the go ahead to proceed. The next day materials were dropped off and the next day job was done!! The job was done efficiently. they cleaned up everything and raked out along the bottom of the fence.
