"Rich did a great job! I unexpectedly needed a dryer outlet installed. I called Rich on a Sunday and he set up a time that worked for me on Tuesday. He came prepared, I unfortunately gave him a wrong measurement (All my fault, I was off by a lot!) but Rich was a pro and brought extra and saved the day! Rich worked hard and nonstop, even fixing another problem I had on the spot. Whatever the project threw at him. Rich always knew what to do and would explain to me the options. Rich always had my family's and I's safety as a number one priority and I can't thank him enough for that. Overall, the prices are good and there is experience and knowhow behind the service. My house was built in 1905 and my original clawfoot tub drain needed a drum trap converted to a p-trap. Mac knew his way around my old house plumbing issues — too many to enumerate here. I was extremely satisfied with his work, plus, as a bonus, his assistant Greg, tightened a badly wobbly kitchen faucet for no charge.
