"I received quotes from a few other roofers that were lower than TTR’s quote. Based on the reviews from Angie’s List, I signed with TTR in June. Kevin Chaney was a great, not-pushy salesman who I highly recommend. I received weekly communication from Gigi once the permits were in place. There was a little hiccup when the company removed the old roof and laid the underlayment. We had some terrible rain before the hot mop, and we noticed water stains in our ceiling on a Saturday. I left a message with TTR’s answering service that same Saturday, and on Sunday, the owner of the company, Gary Chester, came by and reassured that this was a 1/1000000 incident and he fixed the issue. He also offered to repair the water stain inside the home. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. You get what you pay for and we got the Best!"
