"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! You may enquire to Aastro as as to my identity as I will give the same glowing recommendation verbally as I have in this review. Ridge Pointe Woods, Boynton Beach, FL. The reason I am giving Aastro a rave review is because they earned it. After over 1 year after the install, they were quick to come when we called for a small leak. I feel service after the the completion of a large job is worthy of a glowing recommendation. I only wish they had a swimming pool company as our subdivision now needs a resurface!"

"I had a major roof leak because another contractor had done a bad job. Pro-Tek showed up on time for the appointment. They crawled through my attic when it must ve been 120° in there to locate the source of the leak (they spent over 45 minutes in there). They showed up the next day to tarp my roof bc it was going to rain again and then showed up the next day after that with a team to start the repair finishing 2 days later. Their price was fair (I had received other estimates and this was a fair price!) and they did what they promised. They showed me pictures of the process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would use these guys again anytime !"

"It went We were referred to Garabar by a friend in our community, and I contacted Larry Zimmerman to come take a look at our small roof leak. Larry came out, and then we were sent a proposal via email that the cost of the repair would not exceed a certain set amount. The technicians came out on the agreed upon day and time and spent about 9 hours repairing our roof leak. They were very thorough and professional, and when they were finished, I could not even tell that they had been there. They cleaned up everything, and the roof looked as good as new! When I received the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that we had actually saved about $600. We paid the agreed upon amount (even though the normal repair would have been $600 more. Garabar was very professional in every way, and their technicians did great work!"

"I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, service and HONESTY I received from J&K roofing. Other roofers who evaluated our problem weren't interested in doing a small repair -- they wanted to upsell us on a whole new roof. But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J&K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours. Chris inspected the entire roof while he was here and gave me an assessment on the life of my roof. I will know if the repair solved the problem the next time it rains, but there is a one year warranty on their work, which gives me peace of mind. When the time comes to re-roof, I will definitely call J&K."

"Jason was quick to respond. Very professional. The most thorough roofer we have ever dealt with. He explained every aspect of the repair and was great to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone."

"I used that company to repair my roof and they did and And excellent job I will highly recommended everyone who wants to replace or repair their roof to contact them no regrets at all"

"Extremely satisfied. Tim kept in touch with scheduling, material delivery and installation. Everyone was polite, organized and efficient. Tim was on the roof routinely checking on progress. I had a metal roof prior to this and demolition left metal and nails. The crew were very careful about cleanup and installation. Finally, I have already recommended T Ryan to a friend and he is signed up to do his roof."

"They are top professionals. We needed to repair a portion of our roof to satisfy a house sale inspection. They responded immediately and not only completed the repair needed but also fixed any broken or chipped tiles on the entire roof. Eber and his crew were super. Good communications. They took pictures of the work in progress so I could verify it with the inspector. Final result: An excellent finished product."
