"It's very difficult to find an appliance repair serviceman for the Odenville Area. Mr Harrell was very nice and did an excellent job doing a quick fix until he could get the parts. I felt that I had a little longer wait in getting the permanent fix than I anticipated. I was told several times that he would try to come but when he didn't come, he didn't bother to let me know. I would still call him again because he is very knowledgeable ."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Do not listen to the yelp reviews about this company. I read them, decided to try them out because Google reviews is the exact opposite of the yelp reviews. They are reviewed really high. Anyways, Josh came and not only repaired our HVAC unit , but for next to nothing repaired our refrigerator and ice maker as well. Great company, and use yelp for food, not for service industry lol. "He was on time and got my washing machine going. Had some chewed up wires. Replace them. Didn’t take him very long to get my machine up and going. His charge was reasonable. I will use him again if I need to and would recommend him to anyone who needs their washing machine repaired. Didn’t take him long to get the machine running again."
