"THE TIME FRAME WAS INCONVENIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND KIDS, SO THEY HAD A BIG JOB THEY WERE DOING AND I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO DO IN A TIME THAT WAS STATED TO ME, IT TOOK TO LONG FOR THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS HIRE TO FINISH,BUT I ACCEPTED IT BECAUSE HE WAS A NICE YOUNG HARD WORKING MAN AND I REALLY NEED THE ROOF DONE BEFORE THE BIG RAIN CAME AGAIN , BUT I LEARN IN LIFE TO BE PATIENT WITH PEOPLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY APPROVED AND BY TRUSTING THEIR WORD THAT THE ROOF WAS DONE RIGHT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO TAKE PICTURE OF THE ROOF DUE TO BACK SURGERY, THANK GOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE. I AM PLEASE AND SO WAS MY DAUGHTER AT THE END."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. "They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
