"Rob followed up quickly. He came out and walked thru the options for fixing or replacing my hot water heater. After i made the decision to replace it, he walked me thru all options and costs to allow me to make the most informed decision. We then scheduled the install for 2 days later and he was able to meet my request to have an early morning installation to meet my very tight schedule. He arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and completed the job ahead of the time that i needed it completed.
