"The owner, Tom Auerbach, and an employee came out for the job estimate and inspected the sprinkler system at the home I just purchased. He noted the items that needed repair and made recommendations where spray heads could be exchanged to achieve better coverage. His workers arrived on time to do the work, rapidly completed the necessary tasks, and then took me around showing and explaining what had been done at each location. "I was very pleased with how it went.  They had to do some minor trenching, by hand, from the front of the home to the back.  It appears they did it with damaging anything,  sprinkler system and outside lights.  Small trench was dug.  Grass is already covering the trench.  System installed in the garage.  Appears to be working properly.  I believe it took about 3 hours to install.  Left everything very clean.  We did not have to cleanup after them.
My only concern is about how the system will work when it gets cold.  Will it be warm enough in the garage for it to work properly?  Will any of the plumbing work freeze?  I will just have to wait and see.
We had a followup visit from the sales-lady.  She is supposed to come back and check the water again this month.
