"Shortly after purchasing new house in Gorham, I came home after being away for a few days to find no heat. After fumbiling around for a little while I realized that there appeared to be a problem with the natural gas service into the house. The gas company wasn't initially all that helpful, though they did end up sending a technician eventually. I called Mainely after looking them up in A/L. They were super nice and provided some "over the phone diagnostics" They provided a price quote over the phone and they sent a technician over almost immediately. Chris (the technician) was very nice and professional. He helped me meet with the tech from the gas company (who also showed up around the same time) and helped me understand what was going on. The gas company guy ended up recognizing the problem and fixing it for free. Chris took a look at the heating system I have and provided some advise on service internals and other stuff.
