"This job was done because of hail damage in my area.  SPS installed a completely new roof for our house and our shed. They also opened the soffits and increased the venitlation.  SPS provided a good quote, worked very well with the insurance company and made the entire installation and installation process easy.  They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule and budget.  Contacting them has been easy and they stand by their work. <br /> It has been a few months since the roof was installed. During the first rain storm, we experienced leaking around a vent. SPS came out and fixed it and the damage to the wall immediately.  Now that it's winter, we have had 2 more leaks appear (one in the front and one in the back of the house).  Both are minor damages along the outer walls.  SPS has come out without complaint to investigate these leaks as well.  So far, SPS believes they are due to the ice damming from the slush storm we had earlier in the winter (we never had leaks with the previous roof during storms).  I will agree that we have a fair amount of ice damning in the gutters and on the lower portion of the roof.  However, we had this with the previous roof as well and never had leaks.  Due to the leaks, I am unable to provide SPS with an A. I am happy with their service, but I am very dissatisfied with the leak issues we have experienced. <br />"

"The Schott brothers were great to work with.  Very professional, experienced Masons that do things the right way, instead of the fast/easy way.  Things started when they said they would start, and finished within a day of projected end date (weather added on one day to my job).    They were very up front about potential things that could cause additional cost to the project, and what they would suggest doing to fix it the right way, instead of the quick way.   In the end, none of the extras materialized, so the price quoted up front was exactly what I ended up paying.   <br /> In the end, very satisfied with the results, the quality of the work.  Also very satisfied with the price paid to get the job done right. which was lower than others I quoted the job from.  Would definitely use them again, and recommend to friends/co-workers (Even asked for extra business cards).  A+ experience! <br />"

But I have found John Selinger to be very conscientious of his work. He can be quite creative as well. He asks questions of the projects to get a good feel of what your expectations are. Offers good suggestions of how he can possible make better. I can tell as I've worked with John on this and another project. John puts a great deal pride into his work. He knows he's signing his signature to it and he has a personal stake in the project. He's asks questions because he wants to do it right, so he can best meet your expectations. John knows the value of a happy returning customer. Seagull Enterprize has done 2 projects for me to date. I'm going to write another review for the other project for him. I fully intend to use his services again in the near future for a small project and then again in the spring for possible a couple of other paving projects if I can find the cash.
