"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"We called Hoffman Weber to diagnose and get an estimate on issues we were having with an overhang on our house. Clint Hanson came out, listened to our issues, took a look at things, and in the end offered some great advice and a referral for some minor work. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. I really appreciate that and when we do need a new roof or siding they will be the first folks I call."

"Grant from rochester branch stopped out and looked at my roof after I got my new walkin shower installed My new shower is great! I got the black marble color Thank you Erik and Thomas for helping me out as well!"

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Jim and his crew did a great job replacing the siding on our home. The quote was very competitive, and the quality of the work was excellent. There are a lot of moving parts with a siding job, and we were very pleased with how it was all handled, how it all came together, and the finished result."

"The guy was very good. He tried to help us and gave us views on all the things we needed to fix and how to fix it."

"Mr. Samuel Sharpe showed up on time and performed all the tasks that I asked him to do. I contacted about 6 or 7 Contractors for this project. Only three showed up to give me a estimate, the other 4 never called me back. In this age of instant communication, I feel that sometimes customer service is a thing of the past.Of course, I remember going to the gas station and a attendant would fill your gas tank, check your oil and wash your windows.Ah,the good old days! Samuel Sharpe reminds me of those days gone by. He will go out of his way to accommodate you. I added on about 5 extra things on my original bid and he performed these tasks flawlessly.Samuel is a easy going person who keeps you informed how each and every project is going .I feel that his workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail is superb.I feel that for everything that Sam did and the total cost that I was charged,it was a very good investment for my house. I would like to give Sam a 10 and a A+ for a job done extremely well done. I look forward to working with Sam again very soon and I would highly recommend him to everyone who wants or need a top notch contractor!! Thank you Sam for the excellent job!

"In 2015, Greene installed an egress window. I was very happy with their work and their company. In 2016, I got their bid to install new storm windows on my house. They also measured and gave me a bid to put new siding on my garage, even though I had only mentioned this in passing and I told them I was not ready to have that done for another year or two. After waiting several months, into the cold weather, without hearing anything about my storm windows, I inquired and got a short, curt email back saying the company was over booked and under staffed and they would not be able to install my storm windows, and that I should get a handyman. Needless to say, I am having to go through another window with my old, non-functioning storm windows."
