I checked into other companies that did both removal and replacement, but it was $1000 less to go with two separate companies. They probably could have done it sooner, but there was a delay of about several hours waiting for the shingles to show up. After the asbestos shingles were removed and the new shingles arrived, the team worked fast and stayed until dark. Some cons: afterwards, we did find nails and roofing material in the gutters, flower pots, and in the yard. It was about a bucket full of material. Plus, there was large sheeting material left in the back yard. I know that a construction site can get messy, but the manager did say they would go through the yard and pick up any loose materials. We let the manager know, so he can let his team know and he was apologetic. Therefore the rating of a B."
