"I was disappointed that the company sent out two different crews to do the work especially because the charged me 130 just to ignite my water heater which needed to be done along with installing the shut off value. Then they wanted to charge me 250 for a shut off value, which is outrageous and another 250 to install a new faucet outside. again outrageous. I may have been able to overlook that if they had saved me the 130 to ignite the water heater. but they didn't. So I decided to find a more reasonable plumbing company to do the other projects."

So I searched for local plumbers and called the closest one to us. It was a large company and I wanted someone who could â fix it in a flashâ . BAD DECISION. After I waited all day for them to no show I started my search again. I called Tierney Plumbing. They were very responsive and got me right on the schedule saying someone could be out within 2 hours! He spoke very highly of his own company, including the owners and other employees. He said they were all very family oriented and I can promise youâ ¦ IT SHOWS! "Called several plumbers for quotes to replace kitchen faucet and Dewolfe's was the most affordable and reasonable one for the work required. Michael, the plumber, gave an estimate but mentioned that we'd need additional parts. He offered to get them for a small fee or if we wanted to save money, we could get it ourselves (which we did). He texted the link for the part right away and came back the next day to replace our faucet. He was on time and very professional. He also provided some useful information regarding faucets for future purchase/installation. Will definitely hire again if needed."
