"I hired this company in June, 2024, for roof replacement. Paid over four thousand dollars down and was told work would begin in two weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot rate their work because It is now nine months later with absolutely nothing to show for it. Excuse after excuse, until finally I requested a refund as it became obvious they would not be able to fulfill the contract. They whole heartedly agreed to refund my money, yet I have not received anything. The "refund" process has been going on for months.
