Pedro came out to discuss the job and what we would like done. They shared recommendations to make it better and sent us the estimate. They were able to install the specific new sod we were hoping for rather quickly, and then followed-up a week later by defining our plant beds around the entire house and refreshing the pine needles. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."
