He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. "The initial bid was just a little over half of another contractor that was bidding on the work to be done. The final bill was a little over the initial bid, but the overage was caused by our picking out Designer appliances rather than the less expensive ones. The workers were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the house. Covers were laid out each day to protect furniture and floor coverings and then put away each evening before leaving. They even laid straw over the path across the lawn for their use to keep from tacking in mud and debris. And extra protections were taken when they knew that the work entailed the creation of dust. All work was done very professionally and the workers were very responsive to the minor changes that were introduced as the work progressed.
