"Mike arrived about 8:05a. Removed panelling under cabinets until he found the leak at T where sink drained into main pipe. Mike also had additional task of fighting some ants that made a nest around the pipe. He cut out old cast iron T's and some of the drain pipe to replace with PVC. Work took approx 5.5 hours. He did have to wait for some mortar material for clean out since old cast iron clean out much larger than PVC cleanout. He swept up after work completed. "Plumber showed up on time.  I showed him the work.  He left for 30-45 minutes to get necessary supplies.  After returning there was an issue with the main shutoff valve so he worked on other items until help arrived for the main shutoff. <br /> Work was completed in a workmanship like manner.  He took short smoke phone/smoke breaks outside.  He resolved any questions or issues that we had.  The only thing left for me is to repair the sheetrock around the washing machine box.  He explained that would be my responsibility before starting. <br /> Overall I am very happy with the work done. <br />"
