"Top Bros completely gutted and remodeled the two outdated bathrooms in our condo. The building is over 100 years old, so there were some challenges with plumbing, framing, and leveling, but Top Bros didn't shy away from any of them. They tackled each challenge head on and transformed our bathrooms, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They were friendly, easy to work with and the final products turned out amazing. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. "Above & Beyond Construction lived up to their name yet again! The team was able to quickly help with our project of one complete bathroom gut renovation (tile, plumbing, custom built-ins, painting and installing all new fixtures) and an update to a half bath that included installing a custom vanity, new lighting, replacing the toilet and painting. We threw a lot of curveballs at them with our dated bathrooms, but they were able to incredibly work within two weeks to overhaul both bathrooms. Amazing! The team was very respectful of our family's safety with COVID precautions and minimized any concerns we might have had. I would 100% recommend using Above & Beyond for any projects, big or small. "Mihai and his team were recommended to us by a coworker and we're very glad that they connected us. We wanted to re-do our main bathroom, keeping the existing footprint, but basically starting over with all fixtures, tile, etc. Mihai came by the house to take measurements and got back to us relatively quickly with an estimate that was very clear as to what it would include. He also responded quickly to questions and we agreed to move forward. We appreciated that during the project, Mihai would keep us up to date on when certain members of his team would be there and they were all courteous and respectful of our home. We got delayed during the project due to a couple of unexpected issues (on our end) and Mihai worked with us to get back in as soon as possible. In addition, he helped us with a couple of other items not related to the bathroom renovation, which was very helpful since they would have been projects that were too small on their own. One item that I would note is that NorPro does not provide design services and you will need to secure all of the materials such as tile, vanity, toilet, faucets, etc. This was not an issue for us as we had a very good idea of what we wanted, but something to know if you are not working with a designer. Mihai did provide us with some good recommendations for where to get tile and reviewed our orders for other items to ensure that everything would work. We are very happy with the results of our project and would recommend Mihai and NorPro if you need remodeling services."

"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. Thanks to Paul and his team for a job well done!"
