"As usual Jody and Terry did a great job. We needed our kitchen, powder room, utility room and back hallway updated. The guidance they gave us with regards to picking everything out, where to go, etc. made everything go smoothly. We got new granite counter tops, under-cabinet lighting, and under-mount stainless steel sink in the kitchen. We had new floors put in the back entry way, utility room and powder room. They put in new vanities and painted too. They arrived every day promptly, were very professional and courteous. They even fixed and dealt with some funky issues we had because of the way the house was built and unhandy work of previous homeowners."

"The job, carpet removed, new floor installed in dining room and hall, took one day, which was the time the vendor estimated. The vendor arrived on time with two other workers. The job was completed with careful attention to detail and looks beautiful. Workers were very polite. They tried to inconvenience me as little as possible, because my space is not large. Clean-up was thorough. The price paid was fair. Note: they do not take credit cards. The business owner was very pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. "We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"These guys did an OUTSTANDING job. We are in our 70s and I have built four homes over the years and renovated existing structures. I would have to say that NorPro did perhaps the best job that I have experienced in properties built/renovated in seven cities / four states.
