"I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn’t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn’t closing so that the oven wouldn’t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them."

Thankfully, he had the exact parts required to fix my machine! Not only did he fix my dryer, he thoroughly cleaned the inside portion that you can't get to unless you remove the top and front panels. "I made an appt. via email during the weekend when Gormsen Appliance, Co. was closed. <br /> They emailed "and" called me promptly-first thing Monday morning.  We set up an Appointment. <br /> The service Rep. was on time and was able to diagnose that we had a broken anchor for the spring in the door.  <br /> There was no electronics problems with the microwave so the Service Rep performed a repair on the broken grill and touch pad panel instead of replacing them.   Replacement cost for a new grill was $155 and new touch pad panel $140.  I paid total repair cost of $105 for the service call and repairs.  So Yes, I am happy with the service price, quality of repairs, responsiveness to my call, punctuality of the service rep. and the professionalism of this company.  Thank You and Merry Christmas! <br /> <br />"
