"1) The heating tech immediately found the air filter needed to be replaced; he replaced it and problem was solved. 2) The plumber (Dane) checked the many items on the maintenance check list including adjusting the water pressure. We skipped the water heater flush because we replaced it. After I replaced the soaked drywall, Dane returned to install water heater. Everyone at Tarpy was very pleasant and agreeable to work with, and I had confidence in the techs who seemed very knowledgeable. I marked "PRICE" as "N/A" because everything these days seems expensive to me, and I did not compare their prices with other companies to know what standard prices are."

"Our toilet in a second bathroom busted a seal on Saturday, 1/8 so I called Sitko to set up an appointment. This is the third time we have used their services and they never disappoint. Lisa is the one I've spoken to each time when I've had to make an appointment and she is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brooks and Joey came out on Tuesday, 1/11 and did a great job of resealing the toilet and snaking out two of our lines. I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. I was blown away by the thoroughness for the analysis. They were extremely professional and explained why they were recommending what they recommended. They followed up by sending a pdf of their estimate and their explanation. We did not have the company install insulation, but it wasn’t due to their lacking.
